Shop, Earn & Redeem with our Reward Points Program
Effective 26 June 2020, our online store introduces Reward Points as an appreciation for loyal shoppers.
1. Shop Online - Sign up & start earning Points on your purchase.
2. Earn Points - Earn 1 Point for every RM1 you spend at our online store.
3. Redeem Rewards - Redeem your Points to earn your Rewards.
*This loyalty program is valid for registered members only. Reward Point does not include shipping fees and sales taxes. Points are automatically credited into account upon successful payment and delivery acceptance. Any adjustments, amendments or cancellations thereafter will be subjected to Points revision based on the final sales amount.
Terms & Conditions:
1. You earn 1 point for every RM1 spend
2. Your points are never expire so you can redeem any item any time you wish.
3. Delivery charges, coupons and gift vouchers do not count towards earning Reward Points.
4. Only for registered members and not applicable for guest checkout.
5. Points will normally be added to account within 7 -10 working days after shipping is completed
6. Redemption is only applicable on normal retail prices or discounted points (subject to review from time to time)
7. Points redeemed (used) and order subsequantly canceled by shopper will not be reinstated..
Example of redemption conversion
Points earned or partial points to be used for redemption = 100pt
Item to be redeemed:
Price in Reward Point = 657 pt (Online Cash price RM21.90)
Point conversion rate RM21.90 / 657 points = 0.0333
Points equivalent to RM 100 points X 0.0333 = RM3.33
With this example you can use 100 points (RM3.33) to offset the purchase amount of the item,
ie., RM21.90 – RM3.33, you only need to pay the balance RM18.57
